All domestic orders are processed within 3-4 days. You can expect the delivery of the orders within 10-12 Business days.

Generally, International orders are processed within 4-5 days and you can expect the delivery of the order within 15-20 Business days.
Order deliveries are usually made between 10:00AM-5:00PM, Monday – Sunday.

We at The Beauty Secrets charge a fixed shipping (for products and not raw materials) amount irrespective of product, quantity, size, volume etc. The shipping charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know the final payable amount before making the payment.
For India orders – We ship products throughout India. The shipping charge is fixed for all consumers. It is Rs. 120rs for pre paid orders.

At The Beauty Secrets, we aim to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we do not accept exchange or return for products once sold or delivered.

We do not take accept exchange of products since we do not believe in selling the same product to any other customer. No refund shall be made once the goods are sold. Shipping charges are non- refundable as well.
